Originally from Fiji, Chanel moved to Australia in 2014 to complete her schooling and be closer to family in Port Stephens. After spending several years living in Nelson Bay and Norah Head and working across a range of customer service roles, Chanel and her partner Lachlan made the move inland to Gunnedah in 2022. They have since firmly planted their roots in the community, purchasing their first home as well as a local investment property.

As one of the friendly faces at reception, Chanel is often among the first points of contact for our clients. Her warm and welcoming nature, exceptional customer service skills and genuine willingness to help make her a natural fit for the role. Highly organised and approachable, Chanel plays an important part in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring every client feels well looked after from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone. 

Outside of the office, Chanel enjoys spending time with family in Gunnedah and on the coast. She is also passionate about health and fitness, with competitive powerlifting and training at the gym among her favourite ways to spend her spare time.
