Tom Donoghue – Property Valuer – Rural Sales

With deep roots in agriculture and an authentic understanding of rural Australia, Tom Donoghue brings a wealth of practical experience and industry knowledge to rural property sales.

Raised on a mixed farming enterprise in the Gunnedah district, Tom completed agricultural studies at the University of Sydney (Orange Campus) before undertaking property qualifications through the University of South Australia. He went on to own and operate mixed farming enterprises in the Gunnedah and Mullaley regions, giving him first-hand insight into the opportunities and challenges faced by rural landholders. During this time, he also completed the Principal Focus Management Program, further strengthening his business and leadership skills.

Tom’s transition into property valuation allowed him to combine his agricultural expertise with a passion for property. Over more than a decade in the industry, he has developed an in-depth understanding of rural property markets, earning a reputation for providing informed advice, sound market knowledge and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.

Today, Tom combines his practical farming background with extensive valuation and sales experience to deliver a professional, knowledgeable and results-driven approach to rural property sales. His ability to understand the unique characteristics of agricultural enterprises gives vendors and purchasers confidence that they are working with someone who truly understands the value of rural assets.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys following cricket, football and horse racing. While he admits he doesn’t get onto the golf course as often as he’d like, he still appreciates any opportunity to dust off the clubs.
