Amber Donoghue – Director

Amber Donoghue is an integral part of the Johnston Donoghue Property team, bringing extensive experience in project management, business administration and marketing to her leadership role within the business. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to excellence help ensure every aspect of the agency operates seamlessly while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.

Together with her husband, Tom, Amber spent many years involved in their mixed farming enterprises, giving her a genuine appreciation for rural communities and the people who live and work in them. Alongside this, she has nurtured a long-standing passion for property, successfully managing a number of renovation and investment projects, including the transformation of the Johnston Donoghue Property office and the historical, former Oxley Chambers. 

Amber also oversees the agency’s marketing and brand strategy, from property campaigns and digital marketing to social media, publications and client communications. She is passionate about showcasing every property at its very best while continuing to strengthen the Johnston Donoghue brand through thoughtful, creative and strategic marketing.

With strong family ties to Gunnedah and the surrounding region, Amber is passionate about giving back to the community. She is actively involved with a number of local charities and community organisations, volunteering her time to initiatives that support local families and strengthen the region. She believes exceptional service is built on trust, communication and genuine relationships, and is committed to helping the Johnston Donoghue team deliver a professional, personalised experience at every stage of the property journey.

Outside the office, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, tending to her garden, cooking and, when time allows, unwinding with a good streaming series.
