The aggregation is a fertile mixed basalt cultivation and grazing holding located on the western edge of the renowned Liverpool Plains. The total holding comprises an area of 2,491.58 hectares (6,157 acres) of approximately 40% arable to grazing breakup.
The property is well set up for annual summer and winter cropping and grazing pursuits. It is improved with a significant homestead, four well-maintained residences and fit for purpose working improvements including workshops, machinery shedding, silos, four sets of cattle yards and other shedding.
The aggregation is located 13 kilometres west of Mullaley with access via the Oxley Highway, McEvoys and Goolhi Roads. Gunnedah is located 45 kilometres directly east.
The Liverpool Plains is recognised as one of the state's premier agricultural regions supporting an annual rainfall of 625 millimetres per annum (25 inches).
The aggregation ranges in elevation from 320 to 560 metres above sea level with the soil type being a basalt derived type suitable for both cultivation and grazing pursuits. The country comprises of gently sloping to undulating mixed arable and grazing with first class black soil cultivation located across the property, which is currently used for summer and winter cropping. The mixed arable areas comprise of fertile chocolate brown and red basalt soils suitable for improved pastures and fodder cropping.
